Update: Michele left a comment that these are specific to Save A Lot.
I am not sure if this booklet is good for Save A Lot only, but it looks like it would be Procter & Gamble manufacturer coupons.

I did this before and it does say Only at Save a Lot in the middle of the coupons.
Note: the Publix in my area will take these coupons because they consider Save a Lot a competitor.
Hi,
I recently received the $15.00 Procter & Gamble Coupon Booklet but
did not realize it was only good in the Save-A-lot stores. Their are no Save-A-lot-Stores in my area in New Jersey. I would be willing to give it to anyone who sends me a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope. Hate to see these coupons go to waste.

They are manufacturer coupons, you may be able to use them elsewhere.
