I did not mail my rebate until today. So, went onto NeilMed website and noticed that the rebate form now states purchase from Walmart or Rite Aid. Hooray, I hope some of you, like me, forgot :) to mail it out earlier and got lucky!

Hello All,
I am a representative of NeilMed. We were only running the promotion for a short time at Rite-Aid. We can honor it ONLY if it was before Oct 11th. The promotion STILL is running through Walmart though! Hope this clears it up
Shannon says
@Rahul Devaskar,
Thank you!
Rahul Devaskar says
@Shannon, Not a Problem.. Glad I could help
Sally says
FYI, if you were able to print it with Rite Aid on it before they changed it, NeilMed is saying they will honor it. I figure it is worth the 44 cents to find out, but I am keeping the email from the company on file JIC I do not get it.
Sandy says
So who is sending this in even though it says “Walmart”? Should I send it in for “rite aid” even though it says “walmart”?????
Shannon says
Sandy,
The original forms say Rite Aid.. if it says Walmart now, you should not send it in.
tonya says
hi! i just looked at the form to download for the neilmed saline spray and it only states wal-mart not rite aid on the download version of form. did i look @ the wrong form or does it say that neilmed must be purchased at wal-mart only??? if you could let me know i would appreciate it!!
Shannon says
The rebate has changed since this post.
Tiffany says
I just called NeilMed and they said to go ahead and send the rebate if you purchased from Rite Aid – she said she’s not sure who/what changed the form, but that they’d honor it.
deb says
my form also says walmart on the page and the actual form — no rite aid
Shannon says
@deb,
They have changed it.
Jenna says
@Shannon, If my form still says rite aid will they honor it, you think? Worth a shot I guess. I’ll be circling Rite Aid in red just in case!
Shannon says
@Jenna,
yeah I am going to send mine in and try it.
Sandy says
so will they be honoring this rebate from rite aid? has anyone contacted them?
Beth says
So odd… the main page does not say RiteAid, but it still says RiteAid on the form when I printed it. Interesting.
Beth says
Okay. It’s 7:40 EST and I no longer see RiteAid listed on the rebate info on the website!! I swear it was there earlier. Now what??
Carole says
Did you notice they changed the web site to say your purchase must be from Walmart. It used to say Walmart or Rite Aid.
Janelle says
Now when you click on the rebate it say purchase from WALMART. They seem to have taken off Rite Aid.
Michele says
Shannon I never got mine last year and submitted with the SCR. Wonder if they can check with Rite Aid. I was pondering buying another so I get two free instead of overage.
Lydia says
This goes without saying I guess, but keep track of this rebate. I did a Neilmed rebate in June that was for CVS purchases and after not getting it in the amount of time they request I called them. They had NO record of my rebate BUT too my info and promised I’d get the rebate within 2 weeks. I was skeptical, but I did actually receive it!
So, just keep track of the amount and all the details in case you have problems.
Shannon says
@Lydia,
I agree – in fact with all rebates, you should have a photo copy of your rebate form, receipt and all the information of where you mailed and contact info.
bm says
i didn’t get the MIR…it’s a dead link…any other page to go to?
Shannon says
@bm,
hm try again, it appears to be working.
Samantha says
Just going by what other’s are saying on a coupon forum. I personally think it would be unfair of the manufacturer to deny someone the rebate based solely because a particular store is offering a great sale on that item. Plenty of other rebates ‘stack’ just fine with a free or better than free deal going on somewhere.
Like I said, just putting it out there. It’s always worth a shot.
Shannon says
@Samantha,
Well I am putting three through because that is the limit.. will let ya know. I am wondering if people are using coupons then submitting?
Mel says
Actually I was just filling out my NeilMed form and it says to send a copy of the receipt.
Mel says
I’ve done Olay and NeilMed rebates before and if I bought something else that required a receipt in the same purchase, I just photocopied the entire receipt, then cut the original in half and sent them with the form, along with a note explaining what I did. I’ve never had a problem before, but you can’t guarantee it will work again.
Tina says
My copy of the rebate states the purchase dates must be between Oct. 11, 2010 and Nov. 15, 2010.
Shannon says
@Tina,
The verbiage on the website says October 9th – so I believe they will have to honor it.. I printed it down just in case :)
Samantha says
Apparently there have been issues with the Neil Med Rebates and the Rite Aid promotions; people have NOT received their rebates. The reason for the rebate being denied was due to the fine print “This offer can not be combined with other offers.”. Always worth a shot, but just saying :)
Shannon says
@Samantha,
Well I will play devils advocate — how could this be the case? If I buy 3 at Rite Aid – and don’t submit an SCR — are you saying they are denying people?
Jessica says
Hey Shannon,
I just got back from rite aid and was able to get all the free-bates (so excited)! I was reading the info on the naso gel mail in rebate and was wondering if a copy of the receipt would work? It didn’t say original on the fine print…. I wasn’t thinking about the 2 seperate mail in rebates and bought the naso gel and olay pro-x cleanser on the same receipt. Thanks for all your help!!!
Shannon says
@Jessica,
I am not sure, I always try to send an original, but its worth a shot.
