Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the answers to some of the questions that I am most frequently asked.

1. How do I know when there is a link to another page?  How do I know where to click at?

If the text is in any shade of green, it is clickable and will take you to a different site. If the text is brown, you cannot click it.  Anytime you see green, just simply click on it and it will take you to the destination.

I clicked on a green clickable link and it didn’t go anywhere or it said 404! What did I do wrong?

You did nothing wrong. Websites are ever changing, so the link you are trying to reach may no longer exist. This may be true in older posts. Sometimes I mislink them. If there is a link that doesn’t work, contact me hereand I will see if I can help.

2. I have no idea what all those abbreviations mean that you write?

3. I can’t print a coupon you recommend, help what should I do?

Coupon printing can sometimes be difficult.  Sometimes you may have already printed a coupon that I recommend. Check out this tutorial here to get some help with printing.

4. Where do you find all this information?

Seriously, I spend most of my time looking for them. I have signed up for every site imaginable and I get about 400 emails a day.

5.  How long have you been blogging?

Since July 2008 in various forms.

6. I can’t find something, is this site searchable?

Yep, visit the home page here and look to your right. There is a little box that says search this site.  Just enter the keyword for what you are looking for.

7. How many times a day do you update this site?

Anywhere from 7-25 times a day, depending on what is available.

8. Why did you add a cooking and life section?

I like to cook and I want you to know more about me. I did make it so that those posts will not show up on the home page. So no worries, you won’t be reading about my kiddo unless you decide too! You have to click those tabs to see them!

9. I want to start a blog, can you help me?

The best teacher is first hand experience.  Jump in and do it! Blog about what you love and live.  Write it and they will come.
