I have a grandson and when he came to visit I made his baby food. Basically all I did was take the vegetables we were eating and put them in the blender. Sometimes I would add a small amount of meat. The vegetables I used were carrots, potatoes squash and green beans. He loved it and it was easy because I was already cooking these items anyway.
