Update: You may be able to score this coupon at this link here. Otherwise, continue to the survey.
Here is how you can score free cetaphil products at Rite Aid. I love this stuff but it is too expensive to buy on a regular basis.
In this week’s Rite Aid insert there is a $2.00/1 Cetaphil Coupon.
You can go here to take a survey and join the club to get (2) $5.00/1 Cetaphil Product Coupons (the survey took about 4 minutes to do, so it wasn’t fast, but it is worth the coupons!, make sure you hit the back button to get another print)
I checked and Rite Aid has Cetaphil 4oz. Gentle Cleansing products starting at $5.49, so you can pick a cleanser for under $7.00 and get it free! I heart free.

I can’t get the survey to work.
Janell,
I just went to the site and it appears to load, just click on the tell us about you on bottom left hand side.
I can’t get it to load either. I did the bottom left click here and I am at 100% loading and nothing so far. It’s been 2mins.
Doesn’t seem to work for me either.
And I’ve registered
:-(
Goodness, that website took forever to upload, but it finally came through. Can’t wait to got to RA tomorrow!
For those who got it to load, what browser did you use?
FYI It wouldn’t load in firefox so I used opera.
Finally!
Try it in Internet Explorer too.
My mistake was choosing not to answer the registration questions – which was the survey.
To recap, “registration questions = survey questions”
Ahh!
But woohoo to $20 filler!!!
I went back to IE after I had 5 questions left. Now I am stuck on the page where you click to get the Q. Wow they make you work for this. lol

Michele,
I think it is getting hit hard :)
But I did get $10 off Cetaphil sooo.. I guess in the end I am happy.
I hope you get it.
i just did the survey it was only five questions and i didn’t have any problems.
Wow so after the survey I had to go back to my email and follow links there to personalize my skincare whatever. The survey doesn’t tell you to do that though. I am waiting for it to be emailed now.
Thanks for sharing Shannon. I hope what I have posted help others who might have issues.
Not sure where to go after I open it up in my browser…
If you play on the website there also appears to be a coupon for $3 off the SPF 50 facial lotion (on the section of the website providing info about the product).
At my Rite Aid the Cetaphil was all $13.99 or more, so while it’s still a good deal, there were no freebies for me.
Is the coupon no longer available? There is no survey on the site that I can see and I have tried different browsers too.
You indicate that in this week’s Rite Aid insert there is a $2.00/1 Cetaphil Coupon.
I guess I’m blind. I couldn’t find it anywhere.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Page 5 was where it was in our ad.
I am having trouble with the $5/1 pulling up for me also. I can get it to pull up a blank space for my name and address, but when it gets to my birthday’s date, that is as far down as. I don’t know what is wrong, but I will try later.
Stephanie
I’m so bummed! I did everything…register…survey, etc…it said it would email me the coupon…wait for it…NOTHING. In fact I got a “welcome to the skin club” email with nothing in it.
When I try and use the link you provided to directly print, it says I’ve already printed it.
I’m SO bummed. We go through this product like crazy a free one could have been so ideal!!
The same thing happened to me Denise!!
Same thing happened for me. No survey came up, but I filled out the form for $2 off coupons. Nothing has come for me yet.
I go this message when clicking on the link for the $5 coupon.
there are no prints available for this campaign.
