Is anyone else having a hard time getting this to work?
I can’t get it to load. Keeps saying I don’t have enough memory even when I restart and I have 2GB of memory. There website just can’t handle the load.
The customer service rep. on the live chat said that their website has been overloaded. They are working on it and hopefully in a couple of hours it will be better. She said when I talked to her around 5 pm. EST that only 1,000 books had been completed with the Bonnie offer. Keep trying!

I was able to get mine completed around 2:30 today. It was slow and I kept getting an error message here and there but finally got to check out and the code worked. Shipping is free also. I can’t wait to get my album.
I just ordered an album at 7:50 PM. Uploading photos was very slow and tedious, but I had no problem making the book. It was completely free (no shipping)! This will make an awesome gift (over $40 value including shipping)!!!
it took awhile, wish I was better prepared with photos, but very nice to get for free! just finnished 10pm est. and it went through!
Still working on uploading photos. It’ll be awhile until I get my book done at that rate. Hopefully I’ll get a free book, or I’ll be crazy! So wish I had seen this earlier in the day. Keeping my fingers crossed!
After spending 9 hours on this today I finally finished and went to order when it told me “the daily number of license keys has been exceeded for the day”. Argh – I thought this meant the 25,000 had been filled and I was out of luck! :( After seeing some of the above comments I tried again and it went through! Yay! I added 10 pages so my total ended up being $9.90, but still that’s a GREAT deal for a photobook.

Holy Cannoli this is driving me nuts!!!!! 2+ Hours here just to complete the 20 pages. . . .

I almost punched my computer. That is how crazy i was. BUT, at the end, I was ecstatic to have captured 2009 in a great book for my son when he’s older! I would NEVER spend that much on a photobook!
Keeps giving me an error code :( I’m being persistent, but it’s already 2 hours past my bedtime and I can’t do this all night.
Ah ha! Went through. They try to make you believe it’s over, but it’s not! :D
it just worked for me at 8:06 am on the 24th! Yeah!
Stayed up until 3 AM TRYING to get pictures uploaded and get the book done. Got some pictures uploaded (took FOREVER), and some pages done. Decided to give up at 3 and sent the remainder of pix to upload. I have not been able to access my book today. UGH!
I got mine ordered.. U can also share the book so if a family member wants the same one or to add or change the pic they can.. Finished our families.. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.. Money is tight this year so this was a blessing..
I was finally able to finish mine yesterday around noon and was still able to get it free. Whew! Too many hours on that. Hope it’s worth it.
