I went to JC Penny and tried to use this coupon today and the people at Sephora had not heard of the promotion and did not have any samples of the mascara in yet.
They did give me a free sample of lip gloss for coming in (I did buy something) and gave me back my coupon and suggested calling before I came back. THey said they did not know when they would get the samples in.
