I just have to say that Stacey Miller is a woman after my own heart!  I saw Stacey on Rachael Ray a few months ago and thought her idea was ingenious. Quick and easy cupcakes in a mug. Anyone can make these cupcakes – yes I mean anyone. There is no skill required!

Now you all know how much I like to cook, so making it fast and yummy is right up my alley.

101 Recipes for Microwave Mug Cakes takes whipping up a cake to a whole new level. I mean seriously a single serving of cake in 10 minutes.  Now, are these gourmet cakes? No, but they do satisfy the sweet tooth and are perfect for quick treats for kids.

If you get some mugs at the dollar store, make the microwave cakes, then wrap in cellophane and tie with ribbon you’d have perfect party favors or a quick hostess gift.
