I definitely had problems at rite aid as recently as two weeks ago not following these procedures. Shame on me for not having my coupon rules with me, but they didn’t ring my $5 off a $25 check first and just told me it wouldn’t work and then wouldn’t allow me to use 2 coupons on a B1G1 when they allowed it in the previous order. I have also found them not stocking certain items that are advertised on the single check rebate deals and having low stock on the B1G1.

Is there anywhere that we can print these rules out? My rite aid would never believe me if I said there were rules out there for coupons.

I also had trouble at my Rite Aid the last two weeks. A cashier wouldn’t scan my $5 off $25 coupon first. She said they just had a big meeting about an email that had “come down” regarding a new usage of these coupons. I requested the manager and she also said that it had to be scanned after other coupons. Long story short, I emailed customer service and within a few hours they confirmed the correct policy, called my store and spoke to a manager and apologized. Love it!

Today I was not allowed to use a $5/$25 purchase Rite-Aid coupon because I purchased items that were on sale. They considered the sale items to be offers, so the $5 could not be used because of the other offers. I called customer service and they agreed with this. Does anybody know if this is right?

Last night at Right Aid the cashier wouldn’t let me use a B1G1 coupon on an item that was already B1G1 in their store…said I had to get two more and then I would pay for one and get 3 free. I didn’t have the policy with me to argue. It was a cheap product and paying the price of one for 4 was a good enough deal that I did it anyway but I knew she wasn’t right.

I also had trouble alot of times using my coupons at Riteaid, and I did everything right as told now on your coupon rules. It gets me so mad to lose money after taking all my time, and hard work it takes getting them all together when you run a busy household. Is there anyway these rules could be sent to me, so I can take them to my store! THANKS!!!!!! pat Watson, 104 N 5th St TRL 20, Rio Grande, NJ, 08242
