Hi thanks again for everything! I was wondering if you knew of any stores, that will send you coupons in the mail if you sign up. Thanks, Jil
I must say, anytime an item says “RR” next to it, I run and scream!! I live a city block away from Walgreen’s, but I rarely ever go there. Register Rewards leaves me with the impression that you would essentially get a voucher for X amount of dollars off your NEXT Walgreen’s purchase… Is this right?
I just can’t seem to convince myself that this would be wise for me to do, considering the fact that I rarely go to Walgreen’s. I’m new at couponing, and I imagine myself getting over to Walgreen’s more often now, but I’m just not sure if it’s worth it.
What would you say, Shannon or anyone else with an opinion on the matter?
Hey! I have a little list going on my own blog. It’s not huge yet, but there ARE a few generous companies out there that will send you plenty of high value coupons!
If you’d like to, you can check it out here:

I also know that Couponing For Frugal Mommas did a post about this recently. You can look up her list here:

It has a lot more resources, but I’m not sure how much success she had with each company. I actually tried mine and reported results. We haven’t heard yet from CFFM how things went with her e-mails :]
Her list has a lot more East Coast stores too I think…
Good luck!!
Cyndi,
I am new to couponing as well. Though I have gotten a few really good deals and some even for free you get locked into the Walgreens system. If you cannot find a way to spend the RR’s (within about 2 weeks) you lose them. Or forget to use them. And I think that you can start buying things that you don’t necessarily want or need. Once I use up my RR’s I will be very judicious how I make purchases at Walgreens again. There are plenty of sales and good deals at other pharmacies and stores.
